LIL NAS X ARRESTED.

Lil Nas X, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, was arrested by LAPD. The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) confirmed that officers responded to reports of a nearly naked man on Ventura Boulevard.

When police arrived, they encountered the ‘Industry Baby’ singer walking in only his underwear and cowboy boots. Eyewitnesses reported that he became aggressive and charged at the officers. Consequently, they took him into custody on suspicion of battery.

After the confrontation, authorities transported Lil Nas X to a local hospital due to concerns of a possible overdose. LAPD spokesman Charles Miller stated, “A nude man was walking in the street. Upon arrival, the suspect charged at officers.” He emphasized that the rapper was booked on suspicion of battery against a police officer.

Video footage surfaced, showing the artist encouraging onlookers to not “be late for the party.” However, the situation quickly escalated. As of now, there has been no formal statement from his representatives regarding the incident.

After receiving medical attention, the 26-year-old musician was discharged from the hospital. He was then taken to jail, where he faced charges for obstructing an officer. According to records, he remains held at the Valley Jail in Van Nuys.

Lil Nas X has made headlines since his rise to fame in 2019. He shattered industry norms and became the first openly gay man to win a CMA award. His chart-topping hit dominated the Billboard Hot 100 with a record-breaking 17-week run.

Currently, he teases his upcoming album, ‘Dreamboy,’ set for release later this year.

His arrest might just be a setback.
