WAEC 2025 RESULT TEMPORARILY WITHDRAWN.
The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced the temporary withdrawal of the WAEC 2025 result for school candidates due to technical glitches discovered during the result release process.
This decision was made after an internal review identified issues linked to a new paper serialization system aimed at combating examination malpractice.
In a statement issued by Moyosola Adesina, Acting Head of Public Affairs, WAEC explained that the glitches affected results in key subjects, including Mathematics, English Language, Biology, and Economics. The Council emphasized its commitment to fairness and professionalism, stating that it would urgently rectify these errors.
The West African Examination Council has disabled access to the WAEC 2025 result on the online result checker portal.
Candidates who previously accessed their results are advised to re-check them after 24 hours. The Council expressed deep apologies to all affected candidates and the general public, thanking them for their patience and understanding during this time.
As the Council addresses these technical challenges, students and stakeholders await updates on the status of the WAEC 2025 result.
